The Fusion Leadership Academy is a volunteer ministry and leadership training program at Fusion Christian Church, designed to train vocational, bi-vocational, and servant leaders for ministry wherever God might send them. The FLA program starts in September of 2026 and concludes with a graduation ceremony in June of 2027.

What is the purpose of FLA?
To develop missional leaders who love God, love others, and tell everyone the good news of Jesus Christ.

What will I learn in the FLA program?
In the FLA program, you will gain ministry experience, ministry education, ministry focus, and ministry greatness.
