Vaccination Drive- Building Fundraiser

Protect Pets, Protect People- Stop Rabies!

Saturday, July 26th
10:00 am- 12:00 pm

If your pet needs their rabies vaccination, join us on July 26th at Fusion Christian Church!

• Owner of the pet being vaccinated must be present
• Owner must be 18 years or older to authorize services

What to Bring:

• Please bring your dog(s) on a leash and cat(s) inside a cat carrier (one cat per carrier).
• Collars and ID tags on your pets are recommended.

• Vaccine Fees:
  • Rabies : $10
  • Bordetella (for kennel cough) : $15
  • Combo (distemper, parainfluenza, hepatitis & parvo) : $15

CASH ONLY- a receipt will be emailed to you.

A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE FUSION CHRISTIAN CHURCH BUILDING FUND!
