Join Christian women from across the West Coast for a rich and meaningful weekend of friendship, worship, and time in God’s Word.

As Fusion Women, we’ll experience the When She Serves Conference together—sitting together during the main sessions, gathering for meals, and growing in community as a church family. Lunch and dinner may be pre-purchased through When She Serves registration, or you are welcome to bring your own meals from home.

At the end of each conference day, we’ll gather as Fusion Women to reflect, share insights, and encourage one another—Friday evening at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and Saturday at a local restaurant. Since the conference is close to home, most women can sleep in their own beds on Friday night, but if you’d enjoy a staycation weekend, you’re welcome to book a hotel room and make it a fun getaway with friends.

About the Conference

When She Serves Conference 2026 is created for every woman who leads and serves—in ministry, in the workplace, at home, and beyond. This year’s theme, “Gospel Grit: Where Passion meets Perserverence,” calls women faithfully serving Christ and His church when ministry is costly, emotionally draining, spiritually difficult, and often unseen. Inspired by Hebrews 12:1-2, we’ll gather to seek God together, be equipped for the next step in our calling, and hear from our executive team and other influential voices who are passionate about empowering women serving and leading in ministry.

When She Serves 2026 is packed with powerful worship, prayer, main sessions, breakouts, round tables, panels, and more!

Come expectant to be refreshed, strengthened, and reminded that you are not walking alone. Conference registration includes group and breakout sessions on Friday evening (October 16) and all day Saturday (October 17) at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort.

For Fusion Women, ages 14 and up, this conference is also a chance to deepen friendships, grow together as a team, and enjoy a meaningful retreat alongside the women of our church.
